Since Harmony Health is singularly focused on reducing net dead spend and providing an exceptional service experience, we needed a highly targeted go-to-market strategy. Our guiding principle is "Less is More," which means we seek a select few advisors who are exceptionally qualified and have substantial books of self-funded business in each market.

We understand that self-funded plans are complex, so only the best experts can effectively convey the value that Harmony delivers. Each component of Harmony has been meticulously evaluated, and our fixed structure of vertically integrated solutions is what brings value to self-funded employers. The whole is greater than the sum of its parts.

Advisors will need to thoroughly review the program and agree with our principle, accepting that point solution choices are predetermined. Each selected advisor must meet Harmony’s strict criteria, be trained on the program and all its facets, adhere to our unique sales structure, and become a dedicated Harmony Advocate.
